Web Application Development Needs

Front-end Web Designer (Contract/Freelance)

• Strong HTML, with a preference for HTML5 (code expected to pass W3C Markup Validation Service before going to production )
• JQuery is a must
• CSS
• Some experience with Ruby on Rails Views (ERB) (HAML is a plus)
• Will use GIT and GitHub to collaborate with others on the team

Ruby on Rails Developer (Contract/Freelance)

• Rails / Ruby
• Linux and/or FreeBSD
• Web based Development
• MySQL
• HTML, CSS, JQuery
• SVN, GIT, or similar version control systems
• Test Driven Development

Note: All developers must have a solid understanding of basic code security and why it matters. Please be able to explain what a SQL injection attack is and three ways to stop them.
