Pricing, Invoice, & Payment Policies

When your organization does business with our company, you are in charge. Our Master Service Agreement is designed to provide a great deal of flexibility and transparency to you and your team. Our invoice practices are summarized as:

• Services are performed on an As Needed, As Available basis.
• A timesheet is provided for customer approval on a weekly basis.
• Service invoices are issued on a weekly basis for fees related to previously approved timesheets.
• Paperless timesheets and invoices are e-mailed to the primary account contact.
• Balances are considered past due after the due date and will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually).
• American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit and debit payments are accepted through PayPal.
• All currency amounts are stated in United States Dollars; the customer is responsible for any currency conversion fees.

Professional Services Pricing Guidelines

Development Services

We base our prices for professional development services on the following table.

IT, Web, small-scale programming, etc	$95/hr
Programming (beyond 100 lines), testing/modification (beyond 1000 lines)	$85/hr
Full-cycle (design-testing), Advanced Development	$150/hr
Expert-level	$225/hr+

Payments

Online Payments

We accept credit and debit card payments through either PayPal, a trusted industry provider of payment processing services. Easily pay an invoice online and avoid the hassle of paper or late fees.

Pay by Mail

When paying by check, money order, or your bank's online bill pay, please write the invoice number in the memo field. Make your check or money order payable to Frank Rietta and mail to:
